“Justice League” just hit theaters, but fans are likely already thinking about what’s coming up next. Warner Bros. has plenty of DC titles in development, but these are the ones that have set release dates.

“Aquaman” — Dec. 21, 2018 — Jason Momoa’s aquatic superhero was introduced for the first time in “Justice League,” and viewers got a taste of his backstory when he went underwater and confronted Mera (Amber Heard). The James Wan-directed movie will give viewers more insight.

Aquaman movie release date
After being introduced in “Justice League,” Arthur Curry’s past will be revealed in “Aquaman.” Warner Bros.

“Shazam” — April 5, 2019 — Billy Batson (Asher Angel) is a 13-year-old kid who gets the power to turn into an adult superhero. “Thor: The Dark World” alum Zachary Levi moves from Marvel to the DCEU to play the adult version of Billy.

“Wonder Woman 2” — Nov. 1, 2019 — “Wonder Woman” remains the most critically successful movie in the DC Extended Universe, so it’s no surprise that the follow-up has already been scheduled. Gal Gadot will return in the sequel as will director Patty Jenkins. The film is rumored to take place during the Cold War.

Wonder Woman Justice League
After “Justice League,” Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) will next be seen in “Wonder Woman 2.” Warner Bros.

“Green Lantern Corps” — July 24, 2020 — “Justice League” already showed an early version of these guys when Diana was recalling the history of the motherboxes. This movie will fully explore some of the members of the intergalactic police force, including Hal Jordan and John Stewart. No cast members or filmmakers have been announced yet.

Those are the only official release dates for the DCEU. According to Box Office Mojo, Warner Bros. has reserved some dates for untitled DC flicks over the next few years too. June 14, 2019 has been marked, and in 2020, Feb. 14, April 3, and June 5 are all designated as DC Films’ release dates.

So what titles could be released on those dates? Warner Bros. has a lot of choices. First, there are all the villainous flicks that have been in development.

“Deathstroke” — The villain first appeared in “Justice League,” and he was supposed to be the antagonist in “The Batman,” but the movie has since changed directions. Now it seems he’ll get his own movie. Gareth Evans (“The Raid”) is reportedly going to write and direct. Joe Manganiello will play the leading role.

“Suicide Squad 2” — This follow up is rumored to start filming next year to avoid contracts expiring. Margot Robbie, Will Smith and most of the original squad are likely to return. Gavin O’Connor (“The Accountant”) will write and direct.

“Gotham City Sirens” — Harley Quinn (Robbie) teams up with Poison Ivy and Catwoman in this female-fronted flick. “Suicide Squad” director David Ayer will helm the movie.

Harley Quinn
Margot Robbie is set to appear as Harley Quinn in at least three upcoming DCEU films. Warner Bros.

Joker and Harley Quinn Movie — As previously reported, this untitled flick will focus on Robbie and Jared Leto’s characters and their twisted romance. Glenn Ficarra and John Requa (“Crazy Stupid Love”) will write and direct.

“Black Adam” — Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will not be the hero in this flick. He’ll play the villain, Black Adam, an enemy of Shazam.

Joker Origin Story — This DC movie might be a true standalone. Deadline reports that there is no intention to connect this movie to other DC films, and filmmakers will even recast Jared Leto. Todd Phillips (“The Hangover”) will direct the DC movie and co-write it with Scott Silver (“8 Mile”). Martin Scorsese will produce.

Of course, there are plenty of movies in development about the good guys of the DCEU too. Not only will the “Justice League” characters get their own flicks, but some new heroes will be introduced too.

“Cyborg” — Ray Fisher will star in this movie about the robotic superhero. Earlier this year, the actor said it was still set to hit theaters in 2020.

Cyborg
Cyborg was introduced in “Justice League,” but he will get a solo film eventually. Warner Bros.

“The Flash” — Ezra Miller’s young character is set to get his own big screen adventure with an adaptation of the Flashpoint arc. There is still no director attached, however.

“The Batman” — This movie has undergone many changes while in development. Ben Affleck was set to star, write and direct, but he decided to drop the latter two positions with Matt Reeves (“War for the Planet of the Apes”) taking over behind the camera. Now there are rumors that Affleck may be recast, but Affleck has not announced his DCEU departure yet.

Batman
Matt Reeves will helm “The Batman” movie. Warner Bros.

“Nightwing” — “The Lego Batman Movie” director Chris McKay will take on this superhero movie, which will focus on Dick Grayson, also known as Robin.

“Batgirl” — “Justice League” writer Joss Whedon is writing and directing this movie.

“Man of Steel 2” — A sequel to the 2013 Superman movie is being developed, but it’s still quite early in the process. No names have been attached to the project yet.
