Dell Inc. plans to buy SecureWorks, expanding its technology services business with the addition of the closely-held security firm.

Dell did not disclose terms of the deal in its announcement on Tuesday.

SecureWorks, based in Atlanta, Georgia, has about 700 employees. Its revenue for fiscal 2010 was expected to run around $120 million, according to Dell.
