Here's an early look at the noirish, hipster interiors designed by Roman & Williams for 211 Elizabeth Street, a seven-story, traditionally styled red brick condominium project in Nolita. Design flourishes include seven-foot-high wood windows coated with high-gloss oil paint from Fine Paints of Europe.
