Beyoncé added fuel last weekend to rumors that her husband and “On The Run” tour partner Jay Z stepped out on their marriage of six years, alluding to idea by changing the lyrics to a song about cheating.
According to a report from E! News, the 32-year-old singer altered the lyrics during her performance of her 2006 single “Resentment” during the couple’s shared tour stop in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Saturday. The change, naturally, caught the attention of fans of conspiracy theories.
In video obtained by concertgoers, the singer can he heard changing the lyric “I'll always remember feeling like I was no good/Like I couldn't do it for you like your mistress could,” instead singing, “Like I couldn't do it for you like that wack b***h could.”

The UK’s Mirror reports that the singer went on to change more words to fit the couple’s long-term romance, saying, “Been ridin’ with you for twelve years/Why did I deserve to be treated this way by you” instead of the original, “Been ridin’ with you for six years/ Why did I deserve to be treated this way by you.”
Before ending her set, Beyoncé added a final dig, altering the last lyrics to include the telling statement, “I gotta look at her eyes and see she had half of me. She ain’t even half of me. That b***h will never be. And it’s all because you lied.”
Rumors that Jay Z, 44, may have cheated started buzzing after the Beyoncé’s sister, Solange Knowles, 28, was seen attacking him in elevator surveillance footage following the Met Ball in New York May 5. Tabloids continue to fuel rumors, one report alleging that the rapper had an affair with nightclub hostess Casey Cohen after meeting at New York hotspot 1OAK. While Cohen has since denied the rumors, other reports claim the superstar couple is still headed for a $1 billion divorce.
“It’s been real rocky for them. Divorce is inevitable and Beyoncé’s only option,” a source told Life & Style in May. “Jay and Bey go to public events and put on a front that they’re happily married, but they haven’t been happy for a while.”
