Vice President Joe biden attended president Barack Obama's speech on Wednesday at George Washington University where the President spoke about ways to get the nation's money problems under control.

During one stretch of the policy speech, Biden closed his eyes, a camera captured a video of him closing his eyes for about 30 seconds.
