There’s a reason you don’t see many social media posts from “Avengers” actors. The smallest detail can give away spoilers, and Gwyneth Paltrow may have learned that recently.

The Pepper Potts actress was adding photos to her Instagram story from the set of “Avengers 4” Tuesday. Her first photo didn’t reveal much. It was just a selfie video that showed Pepper in a black t-shirt while she was waiting to go to set. The hashtag #PepperPotts confirmed that she was on the set of the Marvel movie.

A video that shows her looking pretty much how Pepper always looks isn’t that exciting. However, once she flipped the camera, the actress thought she was just showing that she stole Robert Downey Jr’s masseuse. However, she also revealed that she was wearing motion capture pants for the “Infinity War” sequel.

The story has since disappeared from Paltrow’s profile (as all stories do after 24 hours), but you can watch Paltrow’s Instagram story below:

The unattractive leggings won’t show up in the actual film. Instead, something computer generated will be on Pepper’s legs. Has Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) made her an Iron Man suit?

In 2009, the comics made Pepper a superhero. Tony gave her a special suit of her own and she started using the code name Rescue. When Thanos (Josh Brolin) comes to Earth in “Avengers: Infinity War,” it’ll be all hand on deck. Will Pepper have to suit up?

It isn’t clear what will happen, but it’s definitely good news for Tony that Pepper is still around. Iron Man admitted that he and the businesswoman were on a break in “Captain America: Civil War,” but Tony was planning to propose by the end of “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” “Avengers: Infinity War” set photos showed Pepper wearing an engagement ring.

Will they actually make it down the aisle? That’s not the big question on hardcore “Avengers” fans’ minds. They’re more concerned about who will live and who will die.

“Infinity War” and its sequel, which apparently has a title too spoiler-y to reveal ahead of the May movie, are considered a finale to everything that has happened in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As this portion of the MCU concludes, some heroes will be saying goodbye. Vanity Fair confirmed that all of the original Avengers actors — Downey, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner — have contracts that are expiring.

No one knows which superheroes will retire, die or renegotiate their contracts. However, anyone who sticks around will be a part of some very different stories.

“There will be two distinct periods. Everything before ‘Avengers 4’ and everything after. I know it will not be in ways people are expecting,” Feige teased.

“Avengers: Infinity War” hits theaters May 4 and “Avengers 4” will premiere in May 2019.
