Kim Kardashian is allegedly so ready to take her relationship with rapper and producer Kanye West to the next level that she has already stopped taking birth control, reported In Touch Weekly on Thursday.

Kim Kardashian is allegedly so ready to take her relationship with rapper and producer Kanye West to the next level that she has already stopped taking birth control in the hopes to get pregnant, reported In Touch Weekly on Thursday.

The high profile couple, now rumored to be getting ready to settle down, has been dating publicly earlier this year are already reportedly house hunting together. A source close to Kardashian says the reality star is now taking "the necessary measures" to get pregnant.

"Kim is ready to have babies and talks about it all the time," said the source.

But Kim isn't the only one who seems eager to make a lifelong commitment. West's recent song "Perfect Bitch," allegedly a tribute to his love for Kardashian, refers to the reality-star as his "future wife."

The new single, off of West's upcoming album "Cruel Summer" goes on to describe how he fell in love with Kardashian back when she was still dating ex-husband Kris Humphries. ""I'll admit I fell in love with Kim around the same time she fell in love with him," raps West in "Perfect Bitch."

And the couple hasn't stopped there either. Kardashian and West have also taken to displaying their affection for one another with extremely lavish gifts, vacations, and luxury shopping sprees. In the past few months since they have been dating, the couple has already spent a reported $4 million together, claims a report from Perez Hilton.

"Along with pricey getaways to London, Paris, Toronto and Mexico - totaling up to $700,000 with their private jets and first class seats - the two have been making it rain in El Lay, as well," wrote Perez Hilton. "With $2,700 courtside Lakers seats and of course, Kim's $750,000 Lamborghini birthday present to 'Ye, the lovebirds really don't hesitate to spoil themselves!"

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians Star" has spoken publicly before about her dream to start her own family, saying that she questioned whether or not it would happen after her very public break-up with Humphries.

"I don't know. I always wanted what Mom and Dad had. And at first I was like, I want six kids. Then I went down to four, then I was down to three... and now I'm like, maybe I won't have any," said Kardashian. "Maybe I'll just be a good aunt. At this moment in my life, I feel like maybe I'm not supposed to have kids and all that. That's how I feel. Maybe my fairy tale has a different ending than I dreamed it would. But that's OK."
