Former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old she met through Instagram, People magazine wrote Wednesday. Shattuck, 47, was indicted on nine counts by a grand jury Monday: two counts of third-degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact and three counts of distributing alcohol to a minor, the news site said.

She found the boy on Instagram in May and gave him her number, according to documents obtained by various local news outlets. Shattuck then developed a relationship with the teen and it turned sexual over the summer.

Shattuck reportedly performed oral sex on the boy and had intercourse with him. "If he wanted to have sex, she would,” documents said, according to WBAL-TV in Baltimore. “The boy opted out. He decided to leave. At that point, she told him to come back later but he did not go back."

The victim, who is reportedly the same age as her oldest son, contacted authorities about the illicit relationship in late September, the New York Daily News wrote.

She turned herself in to the Sussex County Court in Georgetown, Delaware, Wednesday, pleaded not guilty and posted $84,000 bail. She turned over her passport and the mother of three cannot have contact with any minor, except for her own children.

Shattuck previously made international news after she landed a spot on the Ravens cheerleading team at 38 years old in 2005. She married former Constellation Energy CEO Mayo Shattuck in 1997, according to WBAL-TV in Baltimore said. The two are going through a divorce.
