In an exclusive spin-off, “Little Women LA” star Briana Renee decides whether to stay with her cheating husband, Matt Ericson. Because the cameras have followed their relationship from the beginning, Renee documented their talk for the Lifetime special “Little Women: LA: Matt & Briana.”

In the promo clip, things don’t look like they are going to work out. Because Ericson cheated on Renee by sexting other women while they were married -- and continued to do so even after she became pregnant with their child -- she has little empathy. Ericson also supposedly badmouthed Renee to other women.

Ericson, whose real name is Matthew Grundhoffer, pleads with her not to leave him.“I feel like I made a horrible decision. And that decision cost me more than I know to f---ing say. And I can’t change that. I’m sorry,” he says in the sneak peek. “You don’t deserve this.”

Renee, 35, remains stoic. “No, I don’t,” she responds, before telling the camera in a separate interview, “I understand he’s hurting, I understand he’s sorry. I understand all that, but I don’t care.”

When she tells Ericson, 39, that she needs a “breather” and some “space,” his sadness quickly turns to anger. “What the hell does that mean?” he asks. “Do you need me gone?”

The clip would leave fans to believe the couple is no longer together, but the couple apparently reconciled. Ericson did not leave Renee’s side after she was hospitalized for pre-labor pain last week. “I am home and resting,” the Lifetime reality star told Real Mr. Housewife in an exclusive interview May 5, after the special was filmed. “I’m happy to be back with my little girl and to be out of the danger zone.” Renee has a daughter, Liana, from a previous relationship.

“Matt hasn’t left my side once during this whole think and I am beyond grateful for his support and strength during these terrifying two weeks,” she added. “Right now my only focus is on making sure my baby is safe and that I don’t do anything to endanger myself or my baby.”

The two-hour special, “Little Women: LA: Matt & Briana,” airs on Lifetime Wednesday at 9 p.m. EDT.
