Over the weekend, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez split up after two years.

Before the pop star, who is on his Believe tour, had a performance in Boston, he went to a radio interview, where he was asked about the breakup. "I don't know what to say. I don't know what's going on in my life. To even assess that, it doesn't make sense, ’cause I have not made any comment,” Bieber said.

Hours later, during his concert, Bieber sang a song that is not on any of his albums—Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me a River.” The slow-song has been speculated for years to be about Timberlake’s relationship with ex-girlfriend Britney Spears, and her cheating ways.

“You don’t have to say whay you did/ I already know, I found out from him/Now there’s just no chance for you and me/ there’ll never be,” some of the lyrics read.

Earlier this week, there were rumors not about Gomez cheating, but about Bieber playing the field with a Victoria’s Secret model, Barbara Palvin. He performed at the 2012 Annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show surrounded by the world's top lingerie models, and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, was nowhere in sight.

On the red carpet before the show, Bieber told reporters, "It's like a dream come true. I would rather be here than anywhere in the world," according to MTV.

Even before the rumors that Bieber was cheating on Gomez with Palvin, a source told RadarOnline that the 20-year-old actress and singer was only staying with him because he is "good for her brand."

“Dating Justin is good for Selena's brand. Together they're a brand!" the source explained. "Everyone in Selena's camp is aware of Justin's star power and is urging her to make it work with him."

The source added, "Let's just say that if for some reason Justin's star ever fell, Selena would drop him immediately."

Gomez has yet to discuss the breakup, though she posted a cryptic message on her Twitter account last week, with a photo of Bieber, a friend, and Victoria’s Secret model Palvin in the background.
