Tamar Braxton appears to be throwing a little shade. During her appearance on the “T.D. Jakes Show” Monday, the “Love and War” singer seemingly took a jab at “The Real” when she was told the daytime talk show has reportedly been struggling since her sudden departure.

In a clip posted online, Jakes brings up Braxton’s exit from the show telling her that there has been rumors the show has seen a decline in ratings. “The $10,000 question. As you know, ‘The Real’ — I don’t know whether you know or not, but ‘The Real’ has been struggling a little bit since you left,” Jakes begins.

The “Braxton Family Values” star cuts the host off, saying: “Oh Lord, ain’t that terrible. Lord Jesus. Help them Lord. Save it. Resuscitate.” Braxton laughs as Jakes asks her if she would ever return to the show if given the opportunity. Before Braxton could give an answer, the clip ends.

In October, it was rumored that “The Real” was on the verge of cancellation because of its supposed decline in ratings but host Tamera Mowry-Housley dismissed the claim, telling a fan on Instagram that there was no truth to it. “Gonna stop this rumor right now. Lol. Actually, we aren’t. That is rumor,” she wrote. Last month, it was said the show was doing a lot better and saw a ratings bump of 13 percent.

Braxton was fired from “The Real” in May and told Steve Harvey during a radio interview in June that she had no idea why the show decided to let her go. According to the 39-year-old singer, there were no issues on set. “For this to come out of the blue is astonishing,” she said. “Me and the girls got along, so I thought. I loved going to work.”

Host Loni Love backed Braxton telling fans in a Facebook video that she and other remaining hosts were just as shocked as everyone else that Braxton was fired. “None of us found out about Tamar, until Tamar text us on Saturday, and it was Saturday afternoon,” she said. “And I got a group text from Tamar and she said, ‘I think, I heard, I’m being fired.’ … When we wrapped for Season 2, we had a photo shoot. Tamar was a part of that. We were planning to go to Essence Fest, she was a part of that. There was no indication she was going to be let go, there was no group thing.”
