World number two Novak Djokovic eased into the fourth round of the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami with a comfortable 6-2 6-0 victory over American James Blake.

It extended his perfect record of the year to 22 victories in 22 and the Serb will meet Viktor Troicki in the next round. After the game, he said what everyone already knows - I'm playing the best tennis I've played in my life.

Elsewhere, fourth seed Robin Soderling fell in straight sets to Juan Martin del Potro. The Argentine proceeded with a comfortable 6-3, 6-2 win and will meet Mardy Fish next after the American won 6-4 6-3 over France's 17 seed Richard Gasquet.

John Isner overcame Bogomolov 6-2 7-6 (7-4) and will face unseeded South African Kevin Anderson who saw off Spain's Pablo Andujar 6-2 6-3. Spanish sixth seed David Ferrer proceeded after downing India's Somdev Devvarman with a 6-4 6-2 win and will take on Marcel Granollers in the next round after the Spaniard battled past 23 seed Michael Llodra of France 7-5 3-6 7-5 in a two-and-a-half hours encounter.
