Former NBA center Shaquille O'Neal has been subject to accusations that he has a sex tape by a man who testified on criminal charges against gangmembers in Los Angeles.

Robert Ross testified this week that he was kidnapped, robbed, and was the victim of conspiracy after an incident with seven Main Street Crip members in February 2008. Ross claims the gang members demanded a video tape of O'Neal having sex with a woman other than his wife.

In transcribed testimony released on Saturday, Ross said O'Neal had sex at Ross's home which was captured on his home security camera, but that the tape was recorded over.

According to TMZ.com, Ross set up a meeting with O'Neal's ex-wife, Shaunie O'Neal, and offered to sell her the tape. Ross claims the tape shows Shaquille with other women while the couple were still married. Shaunie says she didn't see the tape, and can't claim it exists.

The Los Angeles Time offered a selection comments from Ross and the Deputy District Attorney.

He was at my house with some girl and it was on tape, Ross said.

So did you really have a video of Shaq or had it already been recorded over? Deputy Dist. Atty. Chun asked.

It was over. It was gone, Ross responded.

A rep for O'Neal would not respond. O'Neal denied involvement in statements to investigators, and hasn't been charged in the case.
