The US dollar rose to new multi-day highs against the currencies of the U.K., Europe and Switzerland on Monday morning in Asia. The greenback advanced to a 12-day high of 1.3219 against the euro and 1.1505 versus the Swiss franc and an 11-day high of 1.4235 against the pound early in the session, compared to Friday's closing values of 1.3295, 1.1448 and 1.4323, respectively. As of now, the buck is trading at 1.4268 against the sterling, 1.147 versus the franc and 1.3248 against the euro.
