Some of Donna Summer's classic hits are getting a fresh sound for a remix album.

The collection, titled "Love to Love You Donna," will be released on Oct. 22, reports Billboard. Summer died of cancer May 17, 2012, at age 63.

The album will include new versions of Summer's hits from artists like Giorgio Moroder, Frankie Knuckles, Eric Kupper, Chromeo & Oliver and Hot Chip.

It will be produced by Moroder -- the legendary co-producer of many of Summer's hit albums in the 1970s. He debuted his remixed version of "Love to Love You Baby" during his Way Out West Festival set in Gothenburg, Sweden, last week.

Knuckles and Kupper reworked "Hot Stuff," while Hot Chip remixed "Sunset People." Chromeo & Oliver were responsible for adding a new sound to the album's lead single, "Love Is In Control (Finger On the Trigger)."

The project is being released through Verve Records, and a full track list will be available soon.
