“Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” has begun filming in Atlanta, and there are plenty of cameo spoilers. Drake was seen on set sporting an Afro and mutton chops for a yet-to-be-announced role in “Anchorman 2.”

“Anchorman 2” wrapped up filming in Atlanta, and the cast and crew working on the sequel that brings Will Ferrell, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd and David Koechner back as the Channel 4 News Team has begun filming in New York City. For fans of “Anchorman,” a sequel was much hoped for, but, due to the schedules of Ferrell, Carell, Rudd and Adam McKay, the film’s co-writer and director, it seemed unlikely. So the announcement of “Anchorman 2” has fans eagerly awaiting the film’s release in December.

“Anchorman 2” is trying to live up to the much-loved 2004 original, and, with the star-studded cast and big names attached to the movie, expect plenty of surprises as the movie gets filmed. Last year featured plenty of casting news as it was announced that Jim Carrey, Kristen Wiig and Harrison Ford would join the cast, and, with on-set filming in Atlanta, several unexpected names can be added to that list.

On Instagram, Toronto's Drake uploaded a photo himself in character with Judd Apatow, calling the director one of his idols. Drake is not the only rapper to join the cast, as Kanye West was seen shooting scenes in Atlanta, On Location Vacations reports. In Atlanta, West was seen wearing a black-and-red leather jacket and getting involved in a huge brawl that also involved the Channel 4 News team.

Vince Vaughn was also in Atlanta filming scenes. He will reprise his role as Wes Mantooth, Channel 9’s lead anchor and rival to Ferrell’s Ron Burgundy. On-set photos also captured Liam Neeson and James Marsden filming scenes.
