ECB publishes monthly report

The ECB monthly bulletin was released stating that the central bank is going to keep interest rates steady at the historic low of 1% as the euro zone continues to show more signs of economic improvement while inflation remains anchored. Interest rates are expected to be hiked during fourth quarter of this year and not anytime before that.
