Key features of the Executive MBA Cohort Class Model The Executive MBA is a unique learning experience where students progress through the program with the same group of peers. Classes are attended only by Executive MBA students with significant work experience. Residential Study Block Your first subject, 'Applied Leadership and Strategy', is delivered as a 1 week (5 day) residential workshop. Working with your cohort, this lays the foundations for the powerful cohort learning environment by using computer based simulations and outdoor problem solving activities to challenge skills, attitudes and beliefs. Duration and Attendance Students of the Executive MBA can attend regular weekly classes or intensive weekend classes. The duration of the course is 2 years Part-time.
