Information management and storage solutions provider, EMC said on Thursday that it will offer a new line of services to fully support Microsoft's next generation's software platforms.

The company will offer solutions for Microsoft's new Office 2007 server architecture, as well as assisting customers deploy the Windows Vista operating system. Enterprise customers can also receive help from upgrading their infrastructure, EMC said.

EMC has made a major commitment to helping customers upgrade and migrate to the latest technology from Microsoft, said EMC Executive Vice President, Howard Elias.

Shares of EMC lost1 cent, or 0.08 percent to $13.09 in mid-day trading.
