“True Tori” is back on television, and Tori Spelling started out the second season with some shockers: A picture of Emily Goodhand might be shown and Spelling could be pregnant. The first season focused on the former “90210” actress working on her relationship with cheating husband Dean McDermott, and more drama could be in store for the duo, who already have four children together.

In the trailer for the new season, Spelling explains that their reality show picked up after McDermott returned from filming “Chopped Canada” in Toronto, which is where he reportedly cheated on her with Emily Goodhand.

During a therapy session, Spelling says she decided she wanted to see a picture of the "other woman." She begins to open a manila envelope, but the picture has not been shown. There’s been controversy about the identity of McDermott’s mistress.

A picture has floated around the Web, but there has been no confirmation. Some people have accused the couple of fabricating an affair just for the reality show and insist “Emily Goodhand” doesn’t even exist.

"There's things you can do to erase your profiles online and stuff like that," McDermott said during a reunion special after the first season. "I understand why people would think that, but she exists."

"I don't know who would fake something to have this to happen to your life. My family was, and still is, in complete devastation over this," Spelling added. "I wouldn't wish this on anything."

But if seeing a picture of the elusive Goodhand isn’t enough, Spelling finished with a major bomb: “Oh, and one more thing. I might be pregnant.”

If you're looking for the tears, drama and fights, the new season of “True Tori” will premiere on Lifetime Oct. 21.
