In a couple of weeks, the Lyon family will be back stirring up drama and most likely fighting amongst themselves on Fox's "Empire" Season 2. However, as Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) always says, "Empire" has always been about the music.

Fans got their first taste of the new music to come in the upcoming season when two brand new songs were released on Thursday. Jamal (Jussie Smollett) and Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray) sound like they're both at the top of their games, as they battle to become the next leader of the "Empire" label.

Pitbull a.k.a., "Mr. Worldwide" joins Jamal on "No Doubt About It." Just like Pitbull's songs "Fireball" and "Don't Stop The Party," the song is upbeat and is one you would probably hear blasting out of speakers at a party. "Going to the party, who they goin' to see, it's P-I-T, and your boy Jamal," Pitbull sings in the beginning of the song. According to Entertainment Weekly, Pitbull co-wrote the song with Ne-Yo.

The second song "Ain't About The Money," features Lyon brothers Jamal and Hakeem, further showing these two are much better making music together than they are at trying to tear each other's heads off. However, the song sounds like a battle between the two for who deserves to sit on the throne of "Empire." "Ain't about the money, it's about the the power," Jamal sings during the chorus, while Hakeem raps "Blood is thicker than water, but B.S.. is the thickest."

The new songs will be on the album "Empire: Original Soundtrack from Season 2 Volume 1," which is expected to be released later this year. According to Billboard, "Empire's" first soundtrack, which was released shortly before the Season 1 finale in May, debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 chart.
