Prior to this report, a source told Daily Mail that Moran allegedly died due to heroin overdose. The same insider added that the actress did not have a comfortable life during her last days as Moran was apparently “broke and homeless” during the days leading up to her passing.

She and her husband, Steve Fleischmann, later moved to his mom’s trailer. Moran’s mother-in-law was sick, so she took on the role of her caregiver.

However, at one point, the two women had a drunken brawl because Moran reportedly often went to bars. Her mother-in-law couldn’t take it anymore, so she kicked her out of her trailer park home.
