RTTNews - Friday, the Estonian Institute of Economic Research said its economic sentiment indicator for the country rose to 75 in May from 69 in April as all of its sub indicators showed notable improvements.

The confidence indicator for industrial enterprises increased to minus 26 from minus 28 in the previous month and the measure for construction confidence climbed to minus 59 from minus 68.

Further, the measure for confidence in the retail sector rose to minus 28 from minus 37 and that for the service sector jumped to minus 20 from minus 41.

The consumer confidence indicator, which was released earlier this month, stood at minus 27, up from minus 31 in April.
