eTelecare Global Solutions to acquire Phone House Ltd., a BPO service subsidiary Talk Talk Group Limited, a South African customer care subsidiary by adding about 400 employees to expand its global delivery network.

eTelecare, a leading provider of complex business process outsourcing solutions (BPO) signed a 3 year contract to provide BPO services to Talk Talk Group customers, to address the UK contact center market, a key component of our corporate strategy, said John Harris, president and chief executive officer of eTelecare.

Talk Talk Group was formed in 2008 as the telecoms group and a division of The Carphone Warehouse Group PLC, which consists of AOL Broadband, TalkTalk and Opal.

eTelecare offers technical support, customer care, and retention services in both Spanish and English to the client’s residential and small business customers.
