In the summing in Brussels yesterday on Thursday, European Union leaders agreed to disclose the results of the stress tests to provide the finding of banks performance in a step hoped to consolidate confidence in the market assuring that the financial system and withstand shocks.

The EU leaders' decision follows the announcement from Spain which decided to publish the results of the stress test, where this decision snubbed the financial industry executives' fears that it might do the opposite and stress the market further undermining the confidence in banks. They decided that the results will be published in July.
