Euro extends gains vs dollar, trades above $1.31
The euro extended gains versus the U.S. dollar on Thursday to trade at its highest since early May.
The euro hit as high as $1.3105 EUR=EBS, according to Reuters data, its highest since May 4. It was last up 0.8 percent at $1.3098. (Editing by James Dalgleish)
