The euro zone released the purchasing managers' index final reading for November, where the index was unexpectedly revised lower to 47.5 from 47.8, and recovered slightly from 46.4 recorded in October, worse than the expected steady reading.

The Composite purchasing managers' index was also unexpectedly revised lower to 47.0 from 47.2, but still improved from the previous of 46.5 recorded in October, worse than the expected steady reading.
