FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Manufacturing activity continued growing in the Euro Zone in October, although at a slower pace than in previous months, according to the latest PMI manufacturing report.

October's PMI manufacturing Index has dropped to 51.5 in October from 53.2 in September, a decrease that meets the experts forecasts.

In Germany the PMI Manufacturing index has decreased again expectations, to 51.3 in October from 52.4 in September, whereas the experts had advanced an increase to 54.5. French PMI remained unchanged at 50.5 an Italian PMI dropped 1.1 points to 51.3, in an index expressing expansion of the sector in figures above 50 and contraction otherwise.
