FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Euro Zone's employment market seems to enjoy a good period remaining at historically low levels, according to the latest unemployment report released by Eurostat.

In October, the percentage of unemployment workers in the thirteen countries belonging to the Euro Area, has decreased to 7.2% from 7.3% on the previous month, while the unemployment rate in the EU 27 remains stable at 7.0%.

Unemployment has decreased from the 8.0% rate in October 2006 in the Euro Zone, in the EU 27 the jobless rate was 7.8% in October last year.

The lowest unemployment rates have been recorded in Denmark with 2.9% and The Netherlands, 3.1%, while Poland posted the highest unemployment rate, 8.5%.
