RTTNews - Tuesday, major reports due for the day are German consumer confidence and the Swiss trade balance. In addition, the French business confidence survey report is also slated.
At 2.00am ET, the Statistics Finland is scheduled to release the labor force survey results for May. The jobless rate is forecast to rise to 10.6% in May from 8.8% in April.
At 2.10am ET, German GfK consumer sentiment is due. Economists expect confidence to stay unchanged at 2.5 in July.
At 2.15am ET, the Federal Customs Administration is set to release the Swiss external trade data for May. In April, the trade balance had showed a surplus of CHF 2.56 billion, larger than the CHF 0.15 billion in the prior month.
Thereafter, French consumer spending and business confidence reports are due. Consumer spending is forecast to rise 0.2% month-on-month in May, following a 0.7% rise in April. Meanwhile, business sentiment is seen at 74 in June, up from 72 last month.
The results of PMI survey are due from major Eurozone economies. The first one to hit the wire is French PMI. Thereafter, German and Eurozone PMI reports are due at 3.30am ET and 4.00am ET, respectively.
At 4.30, the British Bankers Association is slated to issue loans for house purchases in the month of May. The number of loans approved for house purchases in May is seen at 29,000.
At 5.00am ET, the OECD Economic outlook is due.
