RTTNews - Thursday, Eurostat said in a report that Eurozone industrial new orders declined 1% month-on-month in April, compared with a 0.2% fall in March, revised from 0.8% drop reported initially. Economists had expected a flat reading for April.

Year-on-year, industrial new orders decreased 35.5% in April, after falling 26.5% in March, revised from 26.9% estimated in the preceding report. Economists were looking for a decline of 32.8%.
