RTTNews - Eurozone construction output resumed decline in May after rising in previous two months, data released by the Eurostat showed Friday.

Construction output fell 2% month-on-month in May after rising a revised 0.4% in April and 0.7% in March.

On an annual basis, the decline was 8% in May, quicker than a downwardly revised decline of 5% in the previous month.

In the EU 27, construction output fell 2.7% month-on-month and 9.6% over the previous year.
