EV Innovations Inc. (EVII.OB) has taken many steps to introduce its line of electric vehicles (EVs) to consumers. The car will be designed to be plugged in during the nighttime, during off-peak energy hours, and will be able to travel for at least 100 miles before needing a recharge.
