Eva Mendes feels bad about juggling her work and family.

Being a working mom is not easy. Aside from the demanding job and family life, a number of moms feel guilty over having to split their time between their career and children. In a new interview, Mendes revealed that this is exactly what she is feeling at the moment. "Oh my God, nobody warns you about the guilt that you feel when you do work!" Mendes told E! News.

Mendes added that she doesn't know how she balances her career and family and confessed that she still finds this to be a daily struggle for her.

Mendes share two daughters with her partner, Ryan Gosling: 3-year-old Esmeralda and 1-year-old Amada. According to the celebrity mom, her daughters "are pretty opposite. They are both angels, they are just different kinds of angels."

When Mendes welcomed her eldest daughter, she admitted that motherhood didn't slow her down one bit. "I feel like even before I was a mom, I'm just like very fast-paced and I wish I wasn't," Mendes explained. "I wish I was poised, I wish I was calm and relaxed. I'm not. I've come to peace with it, I'm not. I'm a crazy Cuban and I do everything really fast."

Although Mendes was able to continue her fast pace after welcoming her daughters, the "Hitch" actress admitted to Ellen DeGeneres that being a mom left her feeling exhausted almost all the time. "I'm so incredibly tired. I thought I was tired before at times, you know, but no. Nothing like this, but I wouldn't have it any other way," she explained.

In an interview with Violet Grey, Mendes confessed that while she was trying to raise her kids without a nanny, she was open to having one. Her major struggle after welcoming her firstborn was missing sleep and not knowing what she was doing.

In related news, Mendes' partner, Gosling, is a proud dad to their daughters. In fact, the "La La Land" star said that he considers fatherhood the best experience for him. "First of all, I'm a father. That changes you in every way—for the better. It's the greatest thing that has ever happened to me," he told Us Weekly.
