Former child star Evan Rachel Wood has welcomed a child of her own.

The 25-year-old actress, famous for her roles in “Thirteen” and HBO’s “True Blood,” has given birth to her first baby with husband, actor Jamie Bell, 27. "Evan Rachel Wood and her husband Jamie Bell are parents to a beautiful boy,” a rep for the couple confirmed to Us Weekly Monday. “Parents and baby are all doing well.”

While the name of the child has yet to be revealed, Bell did address the recent addition to his young family on Twitter Monday calling his wife of nine months a “warrior.” “You never cease to amaze me. Thank you for birthing our son so naturally and peacefully,” Bell said. “You did it!”

Wood, who originally remained silent online following the delivery, divulged to her 172,000 Twitter followers Tuesday that the popular 2007 Ricki Lake documentary, “The Business of Being Born,” helped dictate her birth plan. “I never knew I had a choice when it came to labor,” Wood said. “It taught me so much and aided my decision in having a natural home birth, which my son and I are now forever grateful for,” she said.

While Wood reported a majorly positive birth, her pregnancy wasn’t so smooth. The actress made headlines in February after publicly slamming the Daily Mail for publishing photos of her sonogram. A paparazzo reportedly obtained the image following the actress' visit to a Los Angeles hospital. “Which sick f--k paparazzi hid in the parking lot of my hospital after my ultrasound,” Wood said on Twitter. “I have never been more violated by a photographer. That’s the inside of my body and my child. Would you like my soul too? Nothing is sacred.”

The couple first met on the set of the 2005 Green Day music video “Wake Me Up When September Ends” and dated on and off for years before marrying in October 2012. According to a report from People magazine, the duo tied the knot in an intimate ceremony with only close family and friends in attendance.
