Celebrity Jennifer Lopez and ex-husband Mark Anthony will reunite on stage to perform for their televised talent show. Mario Anzuoni / Reuters

Jennifer Lopez is scheduled to reunite with ex-husband Marc Anthony on stage. The two have announced that they will perform in concert in Las Vegas on May 26, for Q'Viva! The Chosen Live, a television reality show that will search for the vest Latin talent, reported the Washington Post. The ex-couple will produce the show with American Idol franchise creator Simon Fuller and Jamie King, the show's director.

The show, which will air on Univision and Fox, will follow Anthony and Lopez around the world on a quest to find new talent. Besides Lopez and Anthony, 52 other performers are scheduled to to perform as part of what park Anthony has called the world's most amazing Latin Spectacular ever.

Anthony has voiced that he is excited to work with his ex-wife, but understands why fans may be puzzled about the ex-couple's move.

I know it's shocking to people and I hear that a lot, said Anthony, according to USA Today. It's more shocking to me that it's shocking to people.

Despite the split after a seven year marriage and twins, Anthony also said that working side by side with Lopez is natural, and there are no hard feelings between the two.

Thank God that's not the case, obviously. Maybe if that was the case, it would've been different, he said of their work together on the show. But, that's why I can tell you it was a wonderful experience all the way around.
