Exxon wins less than expected from Venezuela dispute

Exxon Mobil (XOM.N) reported unplanned flaring on Tuesday at its 149,500-barrel-per-day refinery in Torrance, California, in a filing with state regulators.

The filing with the South Coast Air Quality Management District showed the flaring took place between 3.30 am and 9.00 am local time.
