In April 2011, 39-year-old Tori Spelling confirmed rumors that she was expecting her third child via a Twitter post. Spelling tweeted, “I know there’s been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me… Its official…Dean & I are PREGNANT!!!!” In October of that year the former “90210” star and husband Dean McDermott welcomed daughter Hattie.

News that Aishwarya Rai and husband Abhishek Bachman were expecting their first child was announced via Twitter by the Bollywood sensation’s father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan. “T 410-News news news!! I am going to become a grandfather..Aishwarya expecting..so happy and thrilled!!!" he tweeted. The 39-year-old gave birth to daughter Aaradhya in November 2011.

“How I Met Your Mother” star Alyson Hannigan announced that she was expecting her second child in December 2011. The actress tweeted, “Yes, I am pregnant! This time it is NOT a food baby. We are beyond happy!” The actress, 38, and husband Alexis Denisof welcomed daughter Keeva Jane in May 2012.
