Fetty Wap-Masika Kalysha Update: ‘679’ Rapper Apologizes To Former VH1 Star Ahead Of Baby’s Arrival

Fetty Wap and former "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Masika Kalysha seem to be getting along a lot better now than they did when she first announced her pregnancy in December. Masika and Fetty Wap have been feuding for months, but apparently they turned over a new leaf this week.

On Thursday evening, the "Trap Queen" rapper surprised fans when he tweeted an apology to Masika, writing that he wants "what's best for the baby."

Masika responded by tweeting that she and the baby "appreciate the apology." According to The Shade Room, Fetty Wap's rep arranged a meeting with the 24-year-old rapper and "Ándale" singer in an attempt to get them to come to "some type of agreement."

The outlet claims that Fetty Wap not only publicly apologized to Masika but he reportedly offered to pay for some of the baby's expenses. He also wants to be present when Masika gives birth to their baby girl.

Earlier Friday, the former VH1 reality star took to Instagram to reveal that she only has six weeks left before her due date.

As previously reported, Fetty Wap in the past denied he was the father of Masika's baby but admitted during a January interview with The Shade Room that the two did hookup after meeting at a party.

“I don’t really know how to explain that s---,” he said at the time. “She knew what she was doing. I wasn’t no random dude in the club. She knew I was gonna be there. So many people be sending me s--- with her… All these football players and basketball players. Congratulations to her and whoever is the [father].”
