‘Fifty Shades Darker’ Movie Star Shares Behind-The-Scenes Photo Of Anastasia Steele’s Bedroom

Fans of “Fifty Shades Darker” are getting a peek at Anastasia Steele’s (Dakota Johnson) bedroom. The photo was posted on the film’s official Instagram page by actress Bella Heathcote, who took over the account to share behind-the-scenes pictures. Heathcote was tapped to play Leila Williams in the movie.

“BTS in Anastasia’s bedroom #FiftyShadesDarker,” the 28-year-old actress captioned the photo. She also shared a picture of a faux street outside of Anastasia’s room, calling it “movie magic.”

In addition to teasing Anastasia’s room, Heathcote also hinted that she was done filming scenes for her character. Posting an image of her getting her done, she wrote, “Saying goodbye to Leila’s extensions (not sad to see them go but sad to say goodbye to Leila – loved playing her!) #LeilaWilliams #FiftyShadesDarker.”

The cast of “Fifty Shades Darker,” the sequel to 2015's “Fifty Shades of Grey,” are currently in Vancouver, Canada, for production. Last month, photos from the set leaked showing Anastasia and her boyfriend Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) filming a steamy kiss scene in an alley. The pair shot the scene at Yaletown’s Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre, which served as The Port Gallery, where Anastasia’s friend Jose (Victor Rasuk) showcases his photography.

“Fifty Shades Darker,” based off of E.L. James’ erotic novels, continues to tell the complicated love story of Anastasia and Christian and will also introduce new characters, such as Leila and Elena Lincoln, also known as Mrs. Robinson (Kim Basinger).

Leila is one of Christian’s ex-girlfriends who stalks him and Anastasia after her lover is killed in a car wreck. At one point, Leila slashes the tires of Anastasia’s car and sneaks into her apartment and points a gun at her. Elena is also an ex-girlfriend of Christian’s as well as his business partner. Elena is the one who introduced Christian to the world of BDSM.

“Fifty Shades Darker” premieres Feb. 10, 2017.
