The Japanese economy released today the annual data for the household spending for November, where it massively fell to -3.2% compared with the prior reading of -0.4%, also it came below expectations of -1.2%.

The annual figures of the jobless rate remained unchanged at 4.5% compared with the prior reading and expectations of 4.5%.

On the other hand, the annual data of the CPI for November were released, where it fell to -0.4% compared with the prior reading of -0.2%, yet it came in line with expectations of -0.4%.

Additionally, the annual CPI figures excluding food and energy for November where released, where it declined to -1.1% compared with the prior reading of -1.0%, yet it came inline with expectations of -1.1%.
