Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, is the eighth and the final adventure in the Harry Potter film series. The final film will be shown on large format IMAX screens as it will be the first 3D Harry Potter.

Since the first movie a decade ago, Harry Potter films have been hitting blockbuster levels each time when a new one opened. Harry Potter has surely created magic not only in ticket sales but also billions more from DVDs and merchandise.

Last November on its opening weekend Deathly Hallows: Part 1 marked up $125 million domestically. And this last film is very likely to create the final and biggest magic of all series, the culmination of everything so far.

“It All Ends -- The film's marketing slogan stresses that everyone must see this last one. According to Reuters, box office estimates for opening weekend ticket sales of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 in the United States and Canada range from $125 million to $150 million, industry watchers said, putting it in league with the highest-grossing film debuts ever.

We will see when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 opens this Friday in British and U.S. markets on Friday.
