RTTNews - Thursday, the Statistics Finland announced that the overnight stays by foreign tourists at accommodation establishments decreased 17% year-over-year to 260,000 in April, compared to the 15% decline in March.

However, the number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased 1% annually in April.

At the same time, the total number of overnight stays declined 3% to 1.3 million.

Tourism arrivals from all the most important inbound tourism countries decreased when compared to the previous year, the statistical office said.
