RTTNews - Monday, the Statistics Finland announced that the producer prices for manufactured products or PPI dropped 7% year-over-year in April, after falling 6.1% in March.

On a monthly basis, producer prices declined 0.2% in April, following a 1.3% drop in the previous month.

In April, export prices decreased 9.6% year-on-year, while import prices declined 8.9%. Month-on-month, export prices were down 0.5%, while import prices fell 0.6%.

Meanwhile, the wholesale price index or WPI dropped 6.9% annually in April, compared to a 5.5% fall in March. The WPI declined 0.5% compared to the preceding month.
