RTTNews - Monday, a report by Statistics Finland said the number of new motor vehicles registered dropped 28.5% year-on-year to 17,297 in June.

During the month, the number of new passenger cars registered fell 35% from last year. About 45.3% of the new cars registered were diesel driven.

In the first six months of the year, the number of new motor vehicles registered was 100,816, representing a decrease of 34.6% from last year. The number of passenger cars registered declined 40.9% to 52,067.
