A Georgia-bound plane crashed on Tuesday on one of New York City's busiest highways according to the New York Post. The plane hit the highway, spiraled out of control and broke into several sections before hitting the wooden median strip and exploding. All five people inside the aircraft died.

Greenhill & Co., the New York investment firm, has said that two of its managing directions--Jeffrey Buckalew, 45, and Rakesh Chawla, 36, in addition to Buckalew's wife and two children--were in the plan when it crashed onto Interstate 287.
