H.R. (Tom Cavanagh) is a wanted man in Earth-19.

The synopsis for Season 3, episode 11 of “The Flash” reveals that inter-dimensional travel is illegal on H.R.’s home Earth, so Gypsy (Jessica Camacho) — a bounty hunter with vibe powers — makes the journey to Earth-1 Central City to bring H.R. back to Earth-19 to stand trial for his crime.

H.R. surrenders, but when Barry (Grant Gustin) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) learn that the novelist's only hope would be to challenge Gypsy to a duel to the death, Barry and Cisco intervene, with the latter offering to fight Gypsy in his place.

While the outcome of the fight between Cisco and Gypsy remains to be seen, it appears that the Earth-19 bounty hunter will eventually become an ally of Team Flash. “There’s gonna be a new visitor to our world named Gypsy,” Valdes said (via Cinema Blend) during an episode of The CW’s “Fan Feast” digital series last month. “She’s gonna be coming into our world and Vibe (Cisco’s metahuman alter ego) will definitely get to learn some new skills as part of getting to know her.”

Although Gypsy is going to be introduced as an opponent for Cisco, it seems that there are plans for the new character to be a love interest for him. Aaron Helbing teased to TVLine that Cisco will find Gypsy not only a “very strong adversary,” but also “someone he can’t stop thinking about.”

In the comics, Gypsy has the powers to cast illusions that allow her to blend into the background and become invisible. She’s also a master of martial arts and can project terrifying images to the minds of her enemies. Created by Gerry Conway and Chuck Patton, Gypsy debuted in 1984’s “Justice League of America Annual” #2 — the same issue in which Vibe also made his first appearance.

Camacho, who played FBI agent Sophie Foster in Season 3 of “Sleepy Hollow,” was photographed filming scenes with Valdes, Gustin, Keiynan Lonsdale (Wally West/Kid Flash) and Violett Beane (Jesse Wells/Jesse Quick) in downtown Vancouver last Dec. 2. Check out her photos below:

“The Flash” Season 3, episode 11, titled “Dead or Alive,” airs on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
