“The Flash” star Candice Patton and “Legends of Tomorrow” actress Caity Lotz are gym buddies!

On Wednesday, Sept. 28, Patton and Lotz hit the gym together and later shared some photos from their workout on social media.

“I always wanna love. She always wanna fight. Babe, why you gotta fight w me at cheesecake?” Patton, who plays Iris West on “The Flash,” captioned an Instagram photo of herself with Lotz.

Lotz, who portrays Sara Lance / White Canary in “Legends of Tomorrow,” also uploaded a couple of playful snapshots with Patton during their boxing workout session.

“#Flash X #LegendsOfTomorrow,” Lotz wrote on the social networking site, alongside a picture of the two posing as if they are about to spar.

In another photo uploaded by the 29-year-old “Arrow” alum, the duo can be seen flexing their muscles as they both make a “tuff” face.

Apparently, boxing isn’t the only workout Patton does. In an interview with Glamour last October, the 28-year-old actress said that she also does indoor cycling and hiking whenever she’s in Los Angeles.

“I just got into Soul Cycle,” she said at time. “There's another workout studio I’m obsessed with called Swerve on Third. I really like South Beverly Grill in Beverly Hills, Kreation, etc. I love hiking in Runyon Canyon. To me, L.A. is home.”

Before filming “Legends of Tomorrow,” Lotz revealed to TVLine that she had also been training with double sticks for her White Canary role. Postema Performance also reported last year that Lotz’s workout previously consisted of dancing, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, yoga and salmon ladder.

Lotz told Los Angeles Times in 2014 that she tries to work out every day. “I do yoga because I like it and it feels good. I don’t have a set routine,” she shared.

“The Flash” Season 3 premieres on Tuesday, Oct. 4, while “Legends of Tomorrow” Season 2 debuts the following week on Thursday, Oct. 13. Both shows air at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
