FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Foreigners have sold a net C$4.3 billion worth of Canadian Securities in November, the largest volume since July, according to data released by Statistics Canada.

Non residents have sold stocks by C$3.05 billion, as prices fell to their lowest level in four years, while they cut C$ 5.4 billion of Canadian Bonds from their holdings, in favour of more liquid short-term debt, C$4.10 billion of these instruments were purchased in November.

Canadian investors continued repatriating funds from foreign markets in November, although at a much lower extent than in the previous month. Divestment of foreign securities declined to C$2.6 billion in November from all time high C$12.3 billion in October.
