FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The Australian Dollar is falling further against Greenback on Thursday. AUD/USD failed to get back above 0.9300 and tumbled to 0.9213 posting a fresh intra-day low. The pair lost today all weekly gains and currently trades at 0.9220/25, a few pips above the price it had at the beginning of the week. AUD/USD rose earlier to a fresh 15-month high at 0.9371.

The pair is under pressure on weaker stocks and commodities. The Dow Jones is losing 0.77% and the Nasdaq is falling 0.65%. Gold trades at $1,107 and is falling for the first time after four sessions with gains despite rising to new historic highs earlier in the day at $1,123 an ounce.
